These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, use, and maintenance of compressors sold by purchasing and using our compressors, you  agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Sale and Payment Terms All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. 2. Warranty The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. To make a warranty claim, the Customer must notify the Company within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase.. 3.Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the Compressor. The Company's maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the Compressor. 4.Maintenance and Use The Customer agrees to use the Compressor in accordance with the user manual and all applicable laws and regulations. The Customer is responsible for regular maintenance of the Compressor as outlined in the user manual. All repairs must be performed by the Company or an authorized service provider to maintain the warranty. 5.Termination The Customer may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the Company.  The Company may terminate the agreement if the Customer breaches any of these Terms. 6.Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of our jurisdiction.
